work

I've been so absorbed by "work work" that I'm beginning to feel like Lincoln's chin on Mount Rushmore - cold and rigid. Here are some things I need to do to get my over-computed body back into its human form: Roll eyes slowly for 10 to 45 minutes

Dig hands into icy dirt

Eat chocolate in fudge form

Race an unsuspecting jogger - and lose

Paint a semi-religious portrait of my dog brother - Bubba

Do some SRS releases

Wander aimlessly for 3.2 hours in the frigid cold

Write, write, write!

Fill the bath with random findings and snorkel

Collapse all appendages as if they were a closing umbrella

Nap with cat on belly

Climb a snowy volcano

Sing in Vietnamese

Go outside. Good things happen outside.
