My mom is finally going to come and visit me! I'm so excited I could eat my cats! Here are a few things mom and I are going to do while she is here in July: walk around a foresty lake 

peruse the various hoods and offerings of Portland and Seattle

celebrate her birthday in trees, presents and pasta

sew blankets and pillows and clothes-sacks for wee one

grill vegetables and sea creatures 

have a hootenanny or two

wash our faces in mud

laugh and laugh and laugh
