A thought stemming from too many digitized hours: If postmodern humans (including myself) who continually use iphones and computers to process color, images, and text were to be left in the woods to track and hunt edible things, our eyeballs would fail so miserably, stomachs would shrink and our human remains would be devoured by the animals/plants we intended to eat ourselves.
The eyes crave dimensions in thirds. They need to bounce back and forth between tree branches and peer into crevices and mud piles. I'm starving my round eyeballs with flat images. Time to take these babies for a walk.
