An ad I just placed for the intruder project: I am a local artist looking to explore various notions of "privacy" by asking strangers and friends to invite me over to their home on a day - during a 2-hour timeframe, while they do something they consider private (reading a book, singing out loud, eating a meal, putting on makeup, crying, surfing the internet, dancing, gardening, writing, etc.) Once invited, I will come over, and without knocking, enter their home. Documentation of these intrusions will be recorded on a pocket audio recording device, then later uploaded to my website. Though I'm aware that private acts can vary from person to person, this is a strictly innocent creative project, so please do not respond if you have anything vile or lascivious in mind.
