Perhaps this is old news to conspiring minds, but today, I discovered (via several interesting resources on the interweb) the possibility that the US never set foot on the moon, that it was a hoax, a lie, impressive desert theatrics to cover up earthling wartime happenings. Though I'm not entirely convinced, this really bums me out. I like to think astronauts are dedicated to space and moon dust like a gardener is dedicated to heirloom varietals, like cowgirls to their steeds, like bees to pollen, like bacon to eggs. If it is true that these noble spacemen were/are corrupted by political agendas I'll be willing to take two giant moonshits on the hairy backs belonging to Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin.
