Because I dislike monotony, I am in the process of breaking habits (both physical and behavioral habits). So far, I have ceased ingestion of fermented liquids and have refrained from gnawing the nails from my fingers. I can now itch scratches and clear away brain cell corpses. Yay for me.
But, I still have many habits under my ladywings that are in need of reinventing. I prefer to use the word "reinventing" rather than "breaking" because I am still interested in partaking in the habits, I'd just like to experience them in a different way.
Some examples:
Current Habit - Cleaning out my ears with q-tips (the sensation is no less than divine)
