Thanks to my healthy padre, the zeal for working out is in my blood. If I go more than two days without some sort of cardiovascular pumpems, I turn into the creepy little girl from the bad seed.  But with any routine, comes monotony, so it's vital for me to keep myself interested in moving these old bones and tissues to and fro. 

Here are some new methods of exercise I'm going to try:

Double Dutch

Walking like a model

Rooster tango

Rolling

Pen Spinning

Bench pressing people

Running against the wind

Swimming with whales

Pow wowing

Arm wrestling
