letter

A letter I received today: Dear Felicity,

Hi, how are you? I am fine thank you, and you? Great! And you? Wonderful, and how are you? Splendid, and you? I am so happy to hear you are doing so well. How are the cats? The roommates? The furniture? How are your parents and grandparents? Aunts? Uncles? Cousins (first, second and third)? Your siblings? How are they? Your arms, legs, teeth, and eyebrows? Your toes? How are those awful toes of yours? I remember they weren't doing so well the last time we chatted. Are your toes better than they were the last time we spoke? Did you finally buy a loofah?

And everything else, how is everything else? That is just great to hear.
